- 6 cups chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Add chicken broth and chicken to a large pot and bring to a simmer.
- Cook chicken about 20 minutes until tender.
- Remove chicken and shred it.
- Return shredded chicken to the pot and add butter.
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and pepper to form dumpling dough.
- Roll dough thin and cut into strips.
- Drop dumplings into simmering broth and cook 10 to 12 minutes until tender.
- Serve hot topped with parsley.
