Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup candied orange peel, chopped (optional, for extra citrus flavor)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease the parchment with non-stick spray or butter.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Stir in the orange extract, orange zest, and salt until fully incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the chopped dried cranberries and optional candied orange peel.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the fudge for 2-3 hours until set and firm.
  • Once firm, use the parchment overhang to lift the fudge from the pan. Cut into squares and serve!

Notes

  • For extra citrus flavor, you can add chopped candied orange peel.
  • Make sure the fudge is fully set before cutting to get clean squares.
