Description

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts or thighs: 2 pounds (900g), boneless and skinless, cut into chunks
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Onion: 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • Mushrooms: 1 cup (150g), sliced
  • All-purpose flour: 3 tablespoons
  • Chicken broth: 2 cups (480ml)
  • Heavy cream: 1 cup (240ml)
  • Dried thyme: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon (adjust as needed)
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese: 1 cup (100g), shredded
  • Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup (100g), shredded
  • Breadcrumbs: 1/2 cup (50g)
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons, melted
  • Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
