- Chicken broth: 2 cups (480ml)
- Heavy cream: 1 cup (240ml)
- Dried thyme: 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Cheddar cheese: 1 cup (100g), shredded
- Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup (100g), shredded
- Breadcrumbs: 1/2 cup (50g)
- Butter: 2 tablespoons, melted
- Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
Instructions
