Soft fluffy buns filled with creamy chicken curry, packed with warm spices and rich flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or coriander


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, milk, butter, and salt to form dough.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and cook onion, garlic, chicken, curry powder, and cream until thick.
  4. Divide dough, flatten, add filling, and seal into buns.
  5. Place buns in a pan or oven and cook until golden.
  6. Brush with butter and sprinkle herbs.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overfill buns.
  • Let filling cool before assembling.
