- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or coriander
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, milk, butter, and salt to form dough.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook onion, garlic, chicken, curry powder, and cream until thick.
- Divide dough, flatten, add filling, and seal into buns.
- Place buns in a pan or oven and cook until golden.
- Brush with butter and sprinkle herbs.
- Serve warm.
