Creamy chicken garlic parmesan pasta with a rich velvety sauce, tender chicken, and perfectly coated pasta for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Boil pasta and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Heat oil and cook chicken until done.
  3. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  4. Pour in cream and stir.
  5. Add parmesan and mix until melted.
  6. Add pasta and toss, adjusting with pasta water.
  7. Sprinkle parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated cheese for best results.
  • Do not overcook chicken.
  • Add pasta water to adjust consistency.
