- 12 ounces pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Boil pasta and reserve some pasta water.
- Heat oil and cook chicken until done.
- Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Pour in cream and stir.
- Add parmesan and mix until melted.
- Add pasta and toss, adjusting with pasta water.
- Sprinkle parsley and serve.
Notes
- Use freshly grated cheese for best results.
- Do not overcook chicken.
