  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, then cook until soft and fragrant.
