Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Cut potatoes into even pieces and soak briefly in water, then dry thoroughly.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer.
- Roast until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
