Ingredients

  • 500 grams potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Cut potatoes into even pieces and soak briefly in water, then dry thoroughly.
  3. Toss potatoes with olive oil, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  5. Spread potatoes in a single layer.
  6. Roast until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  7. Let rest briefly before serving.
