These Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps are loaded with bold Tex-Mex flavors, cheesy goodness, and a satisfying crunch from crushed Doritos. Perfect for busy weeknights or game day eats, these beefy wraps are quick to make and even quicker to disappear!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilis)
  • ½ cup chopped green bell peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
  • 4 large flour tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onions and peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 4 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and mix until combined.
  4. In a bowl, mix the Rotel and nacho cheese sauce until well blended.
  5. Lay out the tortillas. Spoon a line of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each one.
  6. Top with the seasoned beef mixture, sour cream, additional onions/peppers, and crushed Doritos.
  7. Fold in the sides and roll up each wrap like a burrito.
  8. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Toast each wrap until golden and crispy on both sides.
  9. Serve warm with shredded lettuce and extra toppings if desired.

Notes

  • Want more heat? Add jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce inside.
  • You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
  • Make it vegetarian by substituting beans or meatless crumbles.
