Ingredients
Scale
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
½ cup sour cream
1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilis)
½ cup chopped green bell peppers
½ cup diced onions
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 cup Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
4 large flour tortilla wraps
1 cup shredded lettuce (for serving)
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onions and peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 4 minutes until softened.
Stir in the taco seasoning and mix until combined.
In a bowl, mix the Rotel and nacho cheese sauce until well blended.
Lay out the tortillas. Spoon a line of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each one.
Top with the seasoned beef mixture, sour cream, additional onions/peppers, and crushed Doritos.
Fold in the sides and roll up each wrap like a burrito.
Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Toast each wrap until golden and crispy on both sides.
Serve warm with shredded lettuce and extra toppings if desired.
Notes
Want more heat? Add jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce inside.
You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
Make it vegetarian by substituting beans or meatless crumbles.
