- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilis)
- ½ cup chopped green bell peppers
- ½ cup diced onions
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
- 4 large flour tortilla wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (for serving)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onions and peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and mix until combined.
- In a bowl, mix the Rotel and nacho cheese sauce until well blended.
- Lay out the tortillas. Spoon a line of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each one.
- Top with the seasoned beef mixture, sour cream, additional onions/peppers, and crushed Doritos.
- Fold in the sides and roll up each wrap like a burrito.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Toast each wrap until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Serve warm with shredded lettuce and extra toppings if desired.
Notes
- Want more heat? Add jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce inside.
- You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
- Make it vegetarian by substituting beans or meatless crumbles.
