- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 4 burger buns, toasted
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomato
- Sliced pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the homemade sauce.
- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor and texture.
- Panko breadcrumbs give the crispiest coating compared to regular breadcrumbs.
