Fry the funnel cake sticks:
Fry the funnel cake sticks in batches, turning them occasionally until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch. Use tongs or a slotted spoon to remove the sticks and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. -
Serve:
