Description

Ingredients

  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 60 g cornstarch

  • 2 large eggs
  • 60 g butter
  • 80 ml honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • Vegetable oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
