Crockpot Mississippi Chicken is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish with tender chicken cooked in a savory sauce of ranch seasoning, au jus gravy, and pepperoncini peppers. It’s a perfect meal for busy days!

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 5-6 pepperoncini peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
- Add the butter on top of the chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the pepperoncini peppers on top of everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix with the sauce before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the number of pepperoncini peppers depending on your heat preference.
- For a creamier dish, you can add a little cream cheese or heavy cream at the end of cooking.
