A refreshing, probiotic-packed Cucumber Yakult Lemonade that’s the perfect drink for hot days! With the cooling effect of cucumber, tangy lemon, and the goodness of Yakult, this drink is both healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 bottles of Yakult (or any probiotic drink)
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional, adjust to sweetness)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Blend the base: In a blender, combine the cucumber slices, Yakult, lemon juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  • Add water: Add the cold water to the mixture and blend again until well combined.
  • Serve: Pour the drink into glasses filled with ice cubes.
  • Garnish: Garnish with lemon slices and a few cucumber slices for a refreshing touch.
  • Stir and enjoy: Stir and serve chilled!

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey, or skip it entirely for a more tart flavor.
