Description

Damnoosh, or Persian herbal tea, is a calming blend of dried flowers and herbs steeped to create a fragrant, soothing drink. Perfect for relaxation or a comforting daily ritual, it’s caffeine-free and full of natural goodness.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 tablespoon dried rose petals
  • 1 tablespoon dried mint leaves
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1 slice fresh lemon (optional)


Instructions

  1. Warm your teapot or cup by rinsing it with hot water.
  2. Add chamomile, rose petals, and mint to the pot or infuser.
  3. Bring water to a boil, then let it cool slightly before pouring over herbs.
  4. Cover and let steep for 5–7 minutes.
  5. Strain out herbs or remove the infuser.
  6. Add honey and lemon if desired.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.
