- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 ounces dark chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a springform pan with parchment and wrap the bottom in foil.
- In a bowl, mix butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, cocoa powder, flour, and melted chocolate to make brownie base. Spread in pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Pour cheesecake batter over brownie layer. Swirl in caramel sauce using a knife.
- Place pan in a larger baking dish. Add hot water to create a water bath.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
- Turn off oven, crack door, and let cool for 1 hour. Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve with extra caramel drizzle if desired.

- Use room temperature ingredients for smooth blending.
