Ingredients

- 2 cups cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 4 boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 cup baked beans
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare all vegetables by chopping and grating.
- Add cabbage, carrots, cucumber, beans, and corn to a large bowl.
- Add sliced boiled eggs.
- Add mayonnaise and mix gently.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Chill slightly before serving.
