These Easy Papparotti (Coffee Buns) are a delightful treat, featuring soft, buttery buns with a rich coffee-flavored crust. The combination of light, fluffy dough and the sweet coffee topping makes these buns the perfect snack or dessert.

			For the Buns:
- 1 cup milk
 - 1/4 cup sugar
 - 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
 - 3 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 egg
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/4 cup butter (softened)
 
For the Filling:
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
 
For the Coffee Crust:
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
 - 1/4 cup sugar
 - 1 egg
 - 2 tbsp instant coffee (or brewed coffee)
 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 tbsp cornstarch
 
Instructions
- 
Make the Dough:
- Combine milk, sugar, yeast, flour, egg, salt, and butter in a large bowl.
 - Knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
 - Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, approximately 1-1.5 hours.
 
 - 
Shape the Buns:
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces.
 - Roll each piece into a ball and flatten them into discs.
 - Place a small amount of softened butter in the center of each disc.
 - Gather the edges of the dough to seal the butter inside and shape into a ball again.
 
 - 
Let Rise:
- Place the shaped buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Cover with a damp cloth and let them rise for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until puffed up.
 
 - 
Make the Coffee Crust:
- In a small bowl, beat together butter, sugar, egg, instant coffee, flour, and cornstarch until smooth and creamy.

Pipe the Crust:
- Fill a piping bag with the coffee crust mixture.
 - Pipe a swirl of the coffee mixture onto each risen bun.
 
 - 
Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Bake the buns for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve:
- Let the buns cool for a few minutes before serving.

- If you prefer a stronger coffee flavor, you can increase the amount of instant coffee in the crust.
