- 1 pound pizza dough
- 3/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Roll out dough and cut into squares.
- Grease baking sheet lightly with olive oil.
- Add sauce and cheese to each square and seal into rolls.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until golden.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle seasoning.
- Serve warm.
