- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and the rest of the ingredients.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until it thickens to your desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and your sauce is ready to mix with your favorite stir fry vegetables, noodles, meat, or seafood.
- Alternatively, let it cool and store it in the refrigerator for up to one week.

- Use 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of sauce per pan of stir fry (about 3-4 servings).
