Ingredients

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Wash and dry potatoes, then rub with oil and salt.
- Place directly on oven rack or baking tray.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until crisp outside and soft inside.
- Slice open and fluff interior.
- Add butter and serve hot.
Notes
- Do not wrap in foil for crispy skin
