- 120 ml beef broth
- 60 g breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 100 g mild shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- Melt butter in a skillet and cook onions slowly until soft and golden, then add garlic and stir briefly.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Gently fold the caramelized onions and shredded cheese into the meat mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and shape evenly.
- Bake for 55 to 65 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
