- 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar (or to taste)
- 2 oz white rum
- 1/2 cup club soda
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves and 2 lime wedges with sugar to release juice and oils.
- Add the remaining lime wedges and muddle gently again.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in 2 oz of white rum.
- Top with 1/2 cup of club soda and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and an extra lime wedge. Serve immediately.
