  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
  • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  • Fold in the diced strawberries. Set aside.

  • Lay out the bread slices. Spread a generous layer of cheesecake filling on half of the slices.
  • Spread a thin layer of strawberry jam on the other half.
  • Sandwich the bread slices together, pressing gently to seal the edges.

  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
  • In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs and cinnamon.
