Instructions

  • Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

    • Spread a generous layer of the cheesecake filling on one slice of bread and top with another slice, pressing down gently to seal the edges.
    • Repeat with remaining bread and filling.
  • Prepare the Egg Mixture:
    • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and sugar (if using).
  • Dip the Sandwiches:
    • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
    • Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
