Description

A sweet and creamy dip that turns fresh fruit into a party-ready treat. Light, fluffy, and easy to whip up with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and lemon zest.
  3. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat the mixture on medium speed until fluffy and smooth.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with a variety of fresh fruits such as strawberries, grapes, apple slices, and pineapple chunks.

Notes

  • Chilling enhances flavor and texture.
  • Use full-fat cream cheese for best results.
  • Add cinnamon or nutmeg for a cozy variation.
  • Garnish with extra lemon zest or a drizzle of honey before serving.
