This easy fruit and yogurt parfait is a healthy breakfast, snack, or dessert featuring juicy strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, and crunchy granola. Perfect for meal prep or a refreshing treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • ½ cup granola

Instructions

  • Macerate Strawberries:

    • In a bowl, combine strawberries and sugar. Stir, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes (or overnight for extra juiciness).

  • Layer the Parfait:

    • Divide half the strawberries between two glasses.

    • Add half the Greek yogurt on top.

    • Layer half the blueberries over the yogurt.

    • Sprinkle all the granola evenly.

    • Repeat the layers: strawberries, yogurt, and blueberries.

 

  • Serve Immediately:

    • Enjoy right away for the best consistency!

Notes
