Prepare the Donuts:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a donut pan or use a silicone mold.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal gently.
- Fill the Pan: Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the donuts spring back when lightly pressed. Allow to cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
