Description

Rich and fudgy brownies with a crackled top and a soft, chocolatey center that melts in every bite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix melted butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Stir in cocoa, flour, and salt.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour into greased pan.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes and cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Do not overbake
  • Let cool before cutting
  • Use good quality cocoa
