Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper and drain excess fat.
- Let beef cool slightly, then stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll out crescent dough on a flat surface and press seams together. Flatten gently with your hands or a rolling pin.
- Spread beef mixture over the dough, leaving a small border. Roll tightly from the long edge.
- Slice into 8 rolls and place on baking sheet spiral-side up.
- Mix melted butter with garlic and brush over each roll.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Chill filling slightly before rolling to avoid tearing dough.
- Use parchment for easy cleanup and crisp bottoms.
- Double garlic butter for dipping or extra brushing.
- Add jalapeños or pickles inside for variation.
