Description

Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups combine juicy ground beef and melted cheddar wrapped in flaky crescent dough, all glazed with a rich garlic butter finish. Perfect for sharing or indulging solo.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper and drain excess fat.
  3. Let beef cool slightly, then stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Roll out crescent dough on a flat surface and press seams together. Flatten gently with your hands or a rolling pin.
  5. Spread beef mixture over the dough, leaving a small border. Roll tightly from the long edge.
  6. Slice into 8 rolls and place on baking sheet spiral-side up.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic and brush over each roll.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Chill filling slightly before rolling to avoid tearing dough.
  • Use parchment for easy cleanup and crisp bottoms.
  • Double garlic butter for dipping or extra brushing.
  • Add jalapeños or pickles inside for variation.
