- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

Melt the Butter:
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. -
Sauté Garlic:
Add the minced garlic to the melted butter. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the garlic becomes fragrant and lightly golden. -
Add Herbs & Seasonings:
Stir in the dried oregano, dried basil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Continue to cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute, stirring constantly. -
Season:
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat. -
Cool and Use:
Allow the garlic sauce to cool slightly before spreading it on pizza dough or using it as a dipping sauce for crusts.
