- 2 cups milk
- 250 grams button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups crispy fried onions
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius and bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Combine Ingredients: Blanch the green beans for 3 to 4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

- Cook to Perfection: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbling. Sprinkle crispy fried onions on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
