Description

This vibrant green juice is packed with nutrients and a refreshing mix of spinach, apple, kiwi, cucumber, and lemon. A perfect, healthy way to kick off your day or celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Wash and prep all your fruits and vegetables. Peel and chop the cucumber, kiwi, and ginger for easier blending.
  2. Blend:
    • In a blender, combine the spinach, green apple, cucumber, kiwi, lemon juice, ginger (if using), and water. Blend until smooth and no large chunks remain.
  3. Strain (Optional):
    • If you prefer a smoother juice, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl, pressing down with a spoon to extract the liquid.
  4. Serve:
    • Pour the juice into a glass over ice cubes if desired. Garnish with a lemon slice or a sprig of mint for extra flair.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less apple.
  • For an extra kick, try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or a few mint leaves in the blender.
