Description

Sticky and flavorful grilled Korean BBQ chicken wings with a sweet and savory glaze, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/2 cup pickled vegetables


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, ketchup, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
  3. Coat wings with marinade and rest for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Grill wings for 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Brush extra sauce and cook briefly.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
  7. Serve with cucumber and pickled vegetables.

Notes

  • Do not cook on high heat
  • Marinate longer for more flavor
  • Add glaze at the end
