Ingredients

- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 1 cup cucumber slices
- 1/2 cup pickled vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, ketchup, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
- Coat wings with marinade and rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill wings for 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Brush extra sauce and cook briefly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve with cucumber and pickled vegetables.
Notes
- Do not cook on high heat
- Marinate longer for more flavor
