- 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin

- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Cilantro Lime Crema:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Tacos:
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Toppings (optional): chopped red onion, avocado, pico de gallo, etc.
Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon: Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the Salmon: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Make the Cilantro Lime Crema: In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Assemble the Tacos: Warm the tortillas slightly. Place a piece of grilled salmon on each tortilla. Top with cilantro lime crema and desired toppings.
