1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup Caesar dressing (ensure it’s halal)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  • Prepare the Shrimp: In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  • Grill the Shrimp: Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from the grill and set aside.

  • Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chopped romaine, grilled shrimp, and Caesar dressing.

  • Add Parmesan: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.

  • Wrap: Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
