- 24.4 ounces Red Velvet Oreos (2 packages, 44 cookies total)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 15 ounces light green candy melts
- Red candy hearts

Prepare Baking Sheet:
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Crush Oreos:
Crush the Red Velvet Oreos in a food processor until they reach a fine crumb consistency. Alternatively, place them in a zip closure plastic bag and smash them with a rolling pin. -
Mix Filling:
In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with an electric hand mixer on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add the Oreo crumbs and combine thoroughly until uniform. -
Form Balls:
Using a 1.5” cookie scoop, portion out the mixture and roll each portion into a smooth ball with your hands. Arrange the balls on the prepared baking sheet. -
Chill:
Refrigerate the cookie balls for at least 2 hours to firm up before dipping. -
Melt Candy Melts:
Reserve ½ cup of candy melts for drizzling. Melt the remaining candy melts in a double boiler over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. -
Dip Balls:
Dip each chilled ball into the melted candy using a fork or toothpick. Let any excess drip off before returning them to the baking sheet. -
Decorate:
Drizzle the reserved melted candy over the coated balls using a spoon or piping bag. Immediately place a red candy heart on top before the drizzle sets. -
Set Coating:
Refrigerate the completed Grinch Oreo Balls until the candy coating is fully set.
