Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
