- ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ½ teaspoons peppermint extract
- 4 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 pound chocolate almond bark
- Sprinkles (optional)

Prep the Tray:
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set it aside. Clear space in your freezer for the tray. -
Mix the Dough:
In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and peppermint extract. Slowly mix in the confectioners sugar using an electric mixer until a stiff, non-sticky dough forms. -
Shape the Patties:
Roll the dough into small balls, place them on the tray, and gently flatten each into a thick disc. Freeze for 1 hour. -
Melt the Chocolate:
Melt the almond bark in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth. -
Dip and Decorate:
Dip each patty in the melted chocolate, shake off the excess, and place it back on the lined tray. Add sprinkles if desired. -
Set and Serve:
Let the chocolate fully set at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
- For an extra festive touch, use red and green sprinkles.
- You can store the patties in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
