Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 4 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 pound chocolate almond bark
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Prep the Tray:
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set it aside. Clear space in your freezer for the tray.
  • Mix the Dough:
In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and peppermint extract. Slowly mix in the confectioners sugar using an electric mixer until a stiff, non-sticky dough forms.
  • Shape the Patties:
Roll the dough into small balls, place them on the tray, and gently flatten each into a thick disc. Freeze for 1 hour.
  • Melt the Chocolate:
Melt the almond bark in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  • Dip and Decorate:
Dip each patty in the melted chocolate, shake off the excess, and place it back on the lined tray. Add sprinkles if desired.
  • Set and Serve:
Let the chocolate fully set at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • For an extra festive touch, use red and green sprinkles.
  • You can store the patties in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
