- 1 cup coarse-ground coffee
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Ice cubes, as needed
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Add the ground coffee and cold water to a large jar or pitcher. Stir well.
- Cover and let steep at room temperature or in the fridge for 12 to 16 hours.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean container.
- Warm the honey slightly to make it easier to mix.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour in 3/4 cup of cold brew concentrate.
- Add 1/4 cup of almond milk and stir in the honey. Add vanilla extract if desired.
- Stir gently, serve immediately, and enjoy.

- Use filtered water for the cleanest taste.
- Let the coffee steep in the fridge for an even smoother flavor.
- Strain the cold brew twice for the best texture.
- Use coffee ice cubes to prevent watering down your drink.
