Ingredients

  • Honey: 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 3 cloves (minced)
  • Soy Sauce (Gluten-Free): 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch: 1 teaspoon mixed with 2 teaspoons water (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste
  • Green Onions and Sesame Seeds: For garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and cornstarch slurry if using.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Add olive oil to hot skillet and place salmon skin-side down.
