- 500 grams chicken
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 slider buns
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk.
- Coat with flour, cornstarch, and spices.
- Heat oil and fry chicken until golden and crispy.
- Drain excess oil.
- In a pan, melt butter, add honey and hot sauce.
- Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
- Toast buns, assemble sliders, and serve.
