Honey hot chicken sliders with crispy chicken, a sticky sweet and spicy glaze, and soft buns, perfect for parties or quick meals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 grams chicken
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 slider buns


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk.
  2. Coat with flour, cornstarch, and spices.
  3. Heat oil and fry chicken until golden and crispy.
  4. Drain excess oil.
  5. In a pan, melt butter, add honey and hot sauce.
  6. Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
  7. Toast buns, assemble sliders, and serve.

Notes

  • Double coat chicken for extra crispiness
  • Adjust spice level to taste
  • Serve immediately for best texture
