- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the skillet in a single layer.
- Sear the chicken for about 4 minutes on each side until lightly golden.
- Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken and reduce heat slightly.
- Simmer for 12 to 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
- Spoon sauce over the chicken and sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
