Cherry Fluff is a creamy, no-bake dessert salad that combines cherry pie filling, pineapple, Cool Whip, and marshmallows for a sweet and refreshing treat—perfect for potlucks, holidays, or any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (1 container, lite or regular)
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 can, fat-free or regular)
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling (1 can)
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple (1 can, well drained)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened or sweetened)
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Cool Whip, sweetened condensed milk, cherry pie filling, and well-drained crushed pineapple.
  2. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans (if using) until well mixed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend and fluff to set.

Notes

  • For best texture, make sure the pineapple is well drained to prevent the fluff from becoming runny.
  • Chill longer for a firmer, colder dessert.
  • You can substitute walnuts or omit nuts for a nut-free version.
  • Leftovers keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
