14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 can, fat-free or regular)
21 oz cherry pie filling (1 can)
20 oz crushed pineapple (1 can, well drained)
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened or sweetened)
1/2 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine Cool Whip, sweetened condensed milk, cherry pie filling, and well-drained crushed pineapple.
Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans (if using) until well mixed.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend and fluff to set.
Notes
For best texture, make sure the pineapple is well drained to prevent the fluff from becoming runny.
Chill longer for a firmer, colder dessert.
