Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon honey


Instructions

  1. Ensure the blender is clean and ready to use.
  2. Add the milk, pitted dates, walnuts, grated ginger, ground cinnamon, and honey into the blender.
  3. Secure the blender lid tightly.
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy.
  5. Continue blending for an additional 20 to 30 seconds to fully break down the walnuts.
