- 8 oz lump crab meat (drained if canned)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup diced red bell pepper (optional)
- Crackers, toasted bread, or chips for serving
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Mix the Base
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
- Stir until well combined and smooth.
Step 3: Add the Crab
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat, green onions, and diced red bell pepper (if using). Be careful not to break up the crab too much.
Step 4: Bake the Dip
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Step 5: Serve
- Let the dip cool slightly before serving with crackers, toasted bread, or tortilla chips.
Notes
- For extra flavor, top the dip with a sprinkle of extra shredded cheese before baking.
