This Juicy Mayo Parmesan Chicken is the ultimate weeknight dinner—crispy, cheesy, and incredibly moist. With a quick mayo-Parmesan coating and a golden breadcrumb crust, it bakes to perfection in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pound chicken to even thickness. Pat dry and place on baking sheet.
  4. Spread mayo mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until chicken is golden brown and reaches 165°F internally.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
