- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pound chicken to even thickness. Pat dry and place on baking sheet.
- Spread mayo mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, pressing gently to adhere.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until chicken is golden brown and reaches 165°F internally.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
