Instructions
- In a bowl, crack the eggs and add salt and warm water or broth.
- Whisk gently until fully combined and smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture into a preheated stone pot or small saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Stir gently for 2–3 minutes, then cover with a lid or foil.
- Steam for 7–10 minutes until the eggs are set and slightly puffed.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with sliced green onions.
