- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the package)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Caramel sauce, crushed cookies, or candy pieces (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease well.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions. Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter.
- Bake for 10 minutes to set slightly. Remove from oven and use a spoon to create a small well in the center of each brownie.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth. Spoon cheesecake mixture into the wells of each brownie cup.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for an additional 12-15 minutes, or until cheesecake is set.
- Cool completely, then drizzle with caramel sauce and add crushed cookies or candy pieces before serving.
