Instructions
-
Prepare the Fries:
- Preheat an air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
- Toss sliced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic granules, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
-
Cook the Chicken:
- Place chicken breast on a sheet of baking paper. Season with paprika, garlic granules, salt, and pepper. Cover with another sheet of baking paper and flatten slightly using a rolling pin.
- Heat a pan sprayed with oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Add a splash of water if needed to prevent sticking.
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
-
Prepare the Buffalo Sauce:
- In a bowl, whisk together Frank’s Buffalo Sauce, ranch, cream cheese, and cheddar.
- Mix in the shredded chicken and chopped pepper. Cook in the same pan for a few minutes until heated through.
-
Assemble the Dish:
- Place the cooked fries in an oven-safe dish. Top with the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella or cheddar and grill for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
-
Garnish and Serve:
- Drizzle with the ranch-water mixture and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Substitute potatoes with sweet potatoes for a slightly sweeter twist.
- Adjust the spice level by using more or less buffalo sauce.
- For a dairy-free option, use vegan cheese and ranch dressing.
