Instructions
- Warm your coffee mug with hot water, then discard the water.
- Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and pour it into the mug.
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and stir well to combine.
- If using milk or cream, warm it and add to the coffee. Stir again.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
- Serve immediately while hot, or let cool and serve over ice for a chilled version.
